PAG has announced the launch of a mounting bracket for the Firestore DR-HD100 disc storage device, specifically to suit the JVC GY-HD100 camcorder.
The PAG mounting bracket is used in association with the existing PAGlok Power Adaptor battery mount, Model 9522/75, and allows the cradle for the DR-HD100 to be positioned in the convenient area between the camcorder handle and the battery.
This unique mounting position ensures that the HD100 remains perfectly balanced. The Firestore device remains within the existing outline of the camera, resulting in a particularly compact installation,

and allows the camera operator to view the display without taking the lens away from the subject.
The bracket is fitted between the existing earpiece mounting points and the PAGlok Power Adaptor, and makes use of the cradle which is provided with the DR-HD100. All necessary fittings are included, and the PAGlok Power Adaptor features a power feed specifically for the Firestore device.
