Longer-Lasting Li-Ion
PAG has increased the warranty on its L95 Li-Ion ENG camera batteries to two years. The improved warranty includes L95s that are already in the field.

PAG is able to offer this extended warranty as a result of the L95’s exemplary performance record. After two years active service the 14.8V 6.5Ah 95Wh battery has shown little reduction in available capacity. The many levels of protection built into the L95 prevent the damaging processes that reduce capacity; this, combined with proprietary charging techniques, ensures a longer battery cycle life.

PAG Warranty
Not withstanding any provision of any agreement the following Warranty is exclusive: PAG Limited warrants each equipment it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship under use and service for EIGHTEEN MONTHS or the period indicated for each product (see below)* from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to fuses or disposable batteries or any product or parts which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation.

In the event of failure of a product covered by this warranty, PAG Limited will repair and calibrate equipment returned to an authorised Service Facility within the period of the warranty, provided the warrantor’s examination discloses to its satisfaction the product was defective. The warrantor may, at its option, replace the product in lieu of repair. With regard to any equipment returned within this period, said repairs or replacements will be made without charge. If the failure has been caused by misuse, neglect, accident or abnormal conditions of operation, repairs will be billed at a nominal cost. In such cases, an estimate will be submitted before work is started, if requested.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness or adequacy for any particular purpose or use. PAG Ltd. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

 

* 6 MONTHS: Paglight C6 Kit and C6 Battery Model 1008N.

 

*1 YEAR: PAG NPX1 Battery, PAG NPH Battery, PAG PP240 Battery, PAG NMH60 Time Battery.

 

*2 YEARS: PAG L95 Batteries (all models). PAG chargers (including the integral Pagbelt IC2 charger). Paglights (with the exception of Paglight C6 Kit and any glass parts).
