The introduction of the V-Mount compatible L95 Time Battery means that PAG is the only manufacturer that offers its premier digital Li-Ion battery in the three most popular formats: PAGlok, V-Mount and Snap-on (Anton-Bauer).

The L95 embodies advanced Li-Ion cell-technology that combines a 95 watt-hour capacity with a weight of only 745g. This means more run-time for both a camcorder and a light up to 35W. Two batteries provide enough power for a days shooting, and can be stowed in your camera bag. The capacities of two V-Mount L95s can be combined, to provide a higher current draw capability and longer run-times, by using the PAG V-Mount Power Plate.

One of the major advantages of the L95 Time Battery is PAG’s unique Power & Time Display. It shows remaining camera run-time, counting down in 1 minute increments, which is updated against changes in load. The easy-to-read digital character display also shows available capacity in 1% or 0.1Ah increments. PAG is the only manufacturer to offer this level of accuracy.

The PAG V2 charger is a new, ultra-compact and economical 2-channel charger for V-Mount Li-Ion and Ni-MH batteries.

It has a tough but lightweight moulded-construction which makes it an ideal travel or back-up charger.

The PAG V2 is only slightly larger than a PAG L95 V-Mount Li-Ion battery and will fit easily into your camera bag.

The charger incorporates two V-Mount connectors and will sequentially charge V-Mount Li-Ion and Ni-MH batteries, manufactured by PAG and Sony.

The PAG V2 features PAG ACS software which will extend the cycle life of your batteries.

The Recovery Charge Program will automatically recover the PAG Li-Ion battery when the output has been shut down by the internal protection circuit.

The charger's user interface features a comprehensive LED indication of battery and charger status. The charger is fully automatic in operation and constantly monitors every process.

The PAG V2 can be powered from almost any AC power supply, worldwide, or from a vehicle battery with the PAG Vehicle Battery Power Converter (Model 9774).

The many levels of protection built into PAG Li-Ion batteries prevent the damaging processes that reduce capacity; this, combined with proprietary charging techniques, ensures a longer battery cycle life.
It enables PAG to offer a warranty of 2 years on all its Li-Ion batteries.

PAG Li-Ion batteries have been rigorously tested by an independent, authorised facility, to comply with United Nations regulations. This is a legal requirement of air transport and civil aviation authorities.

To ensure the longest possible cycle life V-Mount L95s should be charged with PAG chargers. Both 2 and 4 channel V-Series chargers are available that incorporate V-Mount battery connectors.

It is possible to charge V-Mount L95s via the front PP90 sockets of all-chemistry PAG chargers (AR Series 2, Quasar and Pulsar) using charge adaptor Model 9617.

The V-Mount L95 can also be charged using suitable Sony chargers.

Upgrades could include the facility to charge other cell-chemistries, if required.

The charger is both quiet and cool-running during operation. It has a lightweight but robust, impact-resistant moulded construction which makes it ideal for location use. The unit can be carried with the batteries connected.

A large, backlit LCD screen provides a continually updated display of battery and charger status, indicating at all times which batteries are receiving charge, the charge current and the battery voltage.

The latest PFC power supply technology enables the PAG V4-iPC Charger to be powered from any AC power supply, worldwide.

The PAG V4-iPC Charger features the company's own fully-automatic and highly-efficient Intelligent Parallel Charging regime, which incorporates
3 phases:

Phase 1 'Pre-Charge' prepares shutdown or deeply discharged batteries for charge acceptance.

Phase 2 'Testing' determines the type and state-of-charge of the batteries, and the maximum current that can be applied.

Phase 3 'Charging' shares the charge current intelligently between the channels, to provide usable capacity as quickly as possible, and achieve four fully charged batteries in the most efficient way.
