The PAG L96e has a high-quality construction and comprehensive safety features. The battery incorporates long-life, premier-quality Li-Ion cells, which have no memory effect, and are completely recyclable. In keeping with PAG’s total battery design philosophy it is designed and constructed to provide the longest possible working life.

Its 5 LED Run-Time and Capacity Indicator shows remaining run-time on-load in hours and minutes, to a resolution of 10 minutes. Capacity is displayed as a percentage.

The battery is compatible with multiple camera data systems and adapts automatically, when connected, to provide capacity information in the viewfinders of various cameras (Sony, Red, etc).

The battery’s advanced electronic protection system is fail-safe and guards against conditions that reduce battery life. It features circuits that are Parylene coated to make them resistant to electrolyte.

The PAGlok L96e can be charged using a PAGlok all-chemistry charger, such as the PAG Cube (9702).

The L96e has a 96 watt-hour capacity and a maximum continuous output of 8A. The capacities of two batteries can be combined (192Wh) for longer run-time and a higher current-draw capability of up to 10A, using a PAG Power Plate dual battery mount.

The L96e has been independently tested in accordance with UN standards and certified to comply with air transport safety regulations. Its capacity is below 100 watt-hours and it is therefore suitable for air transport on passenger aircraft, in hand-luggage, without quantity restriction.

Run-Time & Capacity Indicator: 5 LED indicator that shows a run-time prediction, on-load, using a combination of LEDs. Capacity/state of charge is indicated as a percentage (in approximately 20% blocks).

Construction: High-impact polycarbonate injection mouldings designed to protect the cells from impact damage. The cells have welded interconnections of low-resistance nickel strap. Batteries are sealed and non user-serviceable.

Cells: Premium grade Lithium-Ion sealed rechargeable cylindrical cells.

The battery incorporates the following safety shutdown systems:
3 over-current shutdown systems.
2 over-voltage shutdown systems.
2 under-voltage shutdown systems.
2 thermal shutdown systems (including non-resetting thermal fuse).
All protection circuits within the battery are designed to withstand the leakage of electrolyte. This is achieved by using a special layout and a coating of Parylene, the premier vapour-deposited conformal coating.
