The PAG Guarantee
PAG products have a reputation for excellence in quality, reliability and performance. PAG reinforces this reputation by guaranteeing its products accordingly.
The following products have a 3 year guarantee:
• PAGlink V-Mount Batteries: Models 9303 & 9304
• PAGlink Gold Mount Batteries: Model 9306
The following products have a 2 year guarantee:
• L90 Slim Batteries: Model 9307V
• PAGlink PL150 Batteries: Models 9308, 9309 & 9313
• L96 Series Batteries: Models 9310V, 9310A, 9310, 9305V, 9305A & 9305
• Chargers (all models)
• Paglight 12V Standard (excluding glass parts)
All other products are guaranteed for 18 months.
Limited Guarantee and Limitation of Liability
MATERIAL: When properly installed pursuant to the written specifications, labels and other written instructions of PAG Limited, under normal conditions of use, PAG Limited guarantees each product to be merchantable and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of EIGHTEEN MONTHS (unless otherwise specified in writing by PAG Limited, see above*) from date of shipment.
The Buyer must notify PAG Limited promptly of any claim under this guarantee. The Buyer’s exclusive remedy for breach of the guarantee shall be the repair or replacement, F.O.B. factory, at PAG Limited’s option, of any product defective under the guarantee, which is returned to PAG Limited within eighteen months from the date of shipment, except as noted below or otherwise specified in writing by PAG Limited.
NO OTHER GUARANTEE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR ARISING BY OPERATION, COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE OR OTHERWISE IMPLIED, SHALL EXIST IN CONNECTION WITH PAG Limited Products OR ANY SALE OR USE THEREOF.
This guarantee shall run only to the first Buyer of a product from PAG Limited, from a PAG Limited authorised Dealer, or from an original equipment manufacturer reselling PAG Limited product, and is nonassignable and non-transferable and shall be of no force and effect if asserted by any person other than such first Buyer.
All products are guaranteed from the proven date of purchase or factory shipment whichever is later.
Proof of purchase may be required for products that are not serialised, in order to obtain a repair under guarantee.
